ALIVE Nigeria – 2nd Quarter Personal Evangelism Report (Testimony 2)
"He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke their chains in pieces." — Psalm 107:14
One of the most remarkable experiences this quarter was meeting a woman whose life had been bound by generations of idol worship. She was devoted to her family's deity and lived under the weight of spiritual bondage. Through persistent evangelism, heartfelt conversations, and repeated visits to her home, the love of Christ reached her heart.
She made the life-changing decision to surrender completely to Jesus Christ. After a period of prayer and fasting, she publicly renounced her former way of life, and the shrine dedicated to idol worship was destroyed. Today, she stands as a living testimony of God's saving power—free in Christ, walking in newness of life.
Another woman shared a testimony that deeply encouraged us. She simply said:
"I decided to be baptized because you never stopped visiting me and praying with me."
There were no spectacular miracles—just faithful love, consistent prayers, regular visitation, and the quiet work of the Holy Spirit. Sometimes, the greatest miracles happen through simple acts of obedience.

🙌 Testimonies
• Chains Broken: A woman was delivered from generations of idol worship as her shrine was destroyed after surrendering her life to Christ.
• Faith Through Consistency: Persistent prayers, encouragement, and regular visitation inspired another woman to accept Christ and be baptized.
⚔️ Challenges We Continue to Face
• Rejection from some individuals who are not yet ready to receive the gospel.
• Cultural and language barriers that sometimes make communication difficult.
• The distractions of daily life, preventing many from giving attention to spiritual matters.
• Spiritual apathy and indifference toward eternal truths.
• Limited financial resources, affecting outreach and follow-up ministry.
Despite these challenges, we remain encouraged because the Lord continues to open doors and prepare hearts. Every prayer offered, every home visited, every Bible study conducted, and every act of kindness brings another soul one step closer to Jesus.
We believe the harvest is still plentiful, and by God's grace, we will continue to labor faithfully until every willing heart has heard the everlasting gospel.
Please continue to pray for the mission, support the work, and stand with us as we share the love of Christ. Together, we can bring more souls into God's Kingdom.
"The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few." — Matthew 9:37
To God alone be all the glory! 🙏
